Patricia Bingham is a self-taught artist, originally from Chicago. She moved to Idaho, where she began her journey in photography which taught her the skills of observation and patience, the lessons of which were invaluable as she moved onto painting. She works in both watercolor and acrylic, which sometimes show up together in collages and assemblages. After years of working as a medical editor, a job which insists on accuracy, she now calls the shots and happily allows herself to follow her whims in both subject matter and media.
